DNA of Montenegro: structure and contacts

Structure:

The DNA of Montenegro, which is the national authority approving CDM projects at national level, was established as CDM Committee, under ministerial decision No. 01-330/1 on 5th February 2008. In particular, the CDM Committee, which is hosted within the Ministry of Tourism and Environment premises, is responsible for all DNA activities and it is the regulatory body, while the Technical Operational Body (TOB), which will be hosted by the Agency for Environment Protection once established, is responsible for performing operational activities including technical analysis and review of project documentation...

The Kyoto Protocol

The Kyoto Protocol was adopted in Kyoto, Japan, on 11 December 1997 and entered into force on 16 February 2005. The detailed rules for the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol were adopted at COP 7 in Marrakesh in 2001, and are called the Marrakesh Accords.
